Finals Day: Ticket & Travel details

Derbyshire Falcons achieved history by reaching a first Vitality Blast Finals Day. Tickets go on sale to Members on Wednesday, with all remaining tickets on general sale from Friday.

For the first time ever, the Falcons will be a part of Finals Day after beating Gloucestershire in the Vitality Blast quarter-final at The Bristol County Ground.

Dominic Cork’s side will join Essex Eagles, Notts Outlaws and Worcestershire Rapids in the showpiece Twenty20 finale, taking place on Saturday 21 September at Edgbaston.

The club will receive a set allocation of tickets from the host venue and these will go on sale first to Members, and then on general sale.

Members priority window:

Tickets will go on sale to Members at 9am on Wednesday 11 September, from the Ticket Office at The Pattonair County Ground, or over the phone on 01332 388 101.

Tickets will be limited to one per Member and will be sold on a first come first served basis, while Members will need to provide a 2019 Membership number while booking.

Members will only be able to purchase multiple tickets with multiple Membership numbers and all orders will be subject to a £2 booking fee.

Any tickets remaining will go on general sale to supporters on Friday 13 September.

Note: For 2019 Finals Day, Derbyshire County Cricket Club’s Membership priority window will be exclusive to 2019 Members.

General Sale:

Any tickets unsold during the Members’ priority window will go on general sale to all supporters on Friday 13 September at 9am, online and in person at The Pattonair County Ground.

Should tickets be available for general sale, we advise supporters that they will no longer be available to purchase over the phone due to high levels of demand. Tickets will be available to purchase online and in person on a first-come, first-served basis, allowing for fair queuing.

Note: In-person sales are restricted to during the Ticket Office opening hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Online orders will be available from 9am until a sell-out is reached. 

Please note that, while we will attempt to allocate seats purchased together, this may not always be possible.

All orders will be subject to a £2 booking fee.


Bus Transport from The Pattonair County Ground:

Derbyshire County Cricket Club is pleased to offer coach travel to and from Finals Day at a discounted rate for supporters.

Spectators can leave their cars at The Pattonair County Ground ready for collection upon returning from the fixture. All cars will be left at the owner’s risk.

Coach tickets cost £25 per person and go on sale at 9am on Wednesday 11 September. Please note that this is for coach travel only and does not include a match ticket.

Departure: 8.00am from The Pattonair County Ground
Estimated arrival: 9.15am
Return departure: 10.30pm
Estimated return to Derby: 11.45pm

Terms & Conditions:
£25 per person. This is a return coach ticket and includes transport to and from Edgbaston.
The £25 is for coach travel only and does not include entry to the match. All match tickets must be purchased.
This is a direct and non-stop route from The Pattonair County Ground to Edgbaston.
No single tickets or concessions available.
Tickets will be available for collection on the day from Reception at The Pattonair County Ground.
Arrival times are a guide only.
The coach will not wait for late passengers.
Minimum numbers must be met.

Arriving by Rail:
Birmingham New Street Station is the main rail hub for the city and there are regular trains from Derby and Chesterfield that morning.

Please note the last departing trains:
To Derby: 10.49pm
To Chesterfield: 9.03pm

Arriving by Bus:
There are regular local buses to the ground from south-west Birmingham and the city centre. National Express buses 45 and 47 have services between the city centre and Pershore Road which is a 2-minute walk to the ground.
