Derbyshire travel to Essex for their latest Specsavers County Championship match; beginning on Sunday 15 May at the County Ground, Chelmsford.
The visitors tasted defeat in the four-day fixture between the two sides at Chelmsford in 2015, despite a magnificent century from Wayne Madsen and 80 from Chesney Hughes.
Ryan ten Doeschate will Captain Essex in first-class cricket this summer, while they will also be able to call on the international experience of Ravi Bopara, James Foster, Graham Napier and New Zealand star Jesse Ryder.
