Ground Map & Visitors Guide

Ground Map 2016

1 – Cricket Derbyshire Elite Performance Centre

The Elite Performance Centre is an exclusive facility for players, coaches and match officials. This will not be open to the public on matchdays. Hospitality guests will gain entry to the building on matchdays via the pitch-facing entrance. Car Parking for Hospitality guests using the Elite Performance Centre will be available in the 3aaa Pavilion car park.

2 – The 3aaa Pavilion

The 3aaa Pavilion recently underwent a £1.2million pound revamp to offer Members and Executive Members new and exclusive facilities for matchdays.

The 3aaa Pavilion will be open to Members on matchdays. Parking is available at the 3aaa Pavilion. While the Club will always try to accommodate all vehicles visiting the ground, admittance will be on a first come, first served basis. We ask that all visitors try and schedule their arrival at the ground, allowing plenty of time.

Please note: Our preferred dress code for Executive Members and Hospitality guests is smart casual; no non-tailored shorts, jeans or trainers please.

E – Public Entrance

3 – The Boundary Cafe & Tea Room

The new Boundary Cafe & Tea Room has been refurbished to create a larger area for seating with new, more comfortable furniture and a fresh new menu. It will continue to be open every matchday serving tea, coffee, cakes and snacks such as breakfast cobs, jacket potatoes and sandwiches.

4 – Media Centre complex

The new Media Centre complex at the Racecourse End of the ground is due to be complete in August 2016. As the Media Centre complex work continues, the Racecourse End of the ground will be an active building site.

That side of the ground will be inaccessible in the first half of the season. As a result, spectators and visitors will be unable to walk fully around the ground until the Media Centre is completed. We will look to open that end of the ground as soon as is practicable, but only when it’s safe and the ground has been re-instated.

5 – Breeze House Hospitality

An exclusive facility for hospitality guests on selected fixtures, for 20 people minimum. This will not be open to the public. For more information call Maxine Holtam on 01332 388 121 or email maxine.holtam@derbyshireccc.com.

6 – Greene King IPA Marquee

An exclusive facility for hospitality guests on selected fixtures. This will not be open to the public. For more information call Maxine Holtam on 01332 388 121 or email maxine.holtam@derbyshireccc.com.

Parking

Due to building contractors requiring access to the site, for the first part of the season, cars will not be able to enter the western side (Scoreboard and Marquee side) of the ground. Drivers can enter via Sir Frank Whittle Road, but will need to access the ground via the 3aaa Pavilion gates. All non-matchday and matchday parking will be available in the 3aaa Pavilion Car Park.

While the Club will always try to accommodate all vehicles visiting the ground, admittance will be on a first come, first served basis. We ask that all visitors try and schedule their arrival at the ground, allowing plenty of time.

All spectators will need to walk to the 3aaa Pavilion walk-in gate to enter the ground. There will be no spectator entrance at the western side of the ground this summer.

Club Shop & Bookshop

The Club have installed a new purpose-designed retail unit which combines the Club Shop and Bookshop which will provide more choice and longer opening hours. The Club Shop, located next the 3aaa Pavilion, will be open at all home fixtures.
