Tom Wood and Greg Cork will leave Derbyshire at the end of the season.

Both players’ contracts are due to expire at the end of the 2017 campaign and will not be renewed by the Club.

Wood made seven appearances for the Club since making his debut versus Sri Lanka A in 2016, scoring 115 runs in total. He featured in four fixtures for Derbyshire in 2017.

Cork appeared in 15 matches for the county since his debut away at Durham in 2014, scoring 104 runs and taking 13 wickets, with best figures of 2-17.

Cricket Advisor, Kim Barnett said: “Tom and Greg are both hard working individuals who always gave their all when representing the Club. We wish them both all the best for the future.”
