Harvey Hosein has been named Showcase Cinema de Lux Player for the Month of September.
Supporters were able to vote for their Player of the Month, sponsored by the Club’s Official Family Partners, Showcase Cinema de Lux.
The vote was held on the Club’s official Twitter page, @DerbyshireCCC, and his fine form with the bat earned the wicket-keeper 67% of the votes.
In the final two matches of the season, the 20-year old struck four consecutive fifty plus scores. The right-hander took his unbeaten 83 against Leicestershire one better to record a his maiden-first class century, 108 not out, against Worcestershire at the New Road.
In total, Hosein scored 308 runs across the two matches, at an average of 103, to earn him the final Player of the Month for the 2016 season.
