BRM Solicitors Chesterfield Festival of Cricket

The BRM Solicitors Chesterfield Festival of Cricket, in association with Chesterfield Borough Council, will return to Queen’s Park in 2021.

The picturesque ground will again play host to traditional County Championship cricket, as well as vibrant Vitality Blast action over the festival period.

Derbyshire will begin the festival with a four-day fixture against Essex, starting on Sunday 11 July, before hosting Yorkshire Vikings in Twenty20 action on Sunday 18 July, starting at 2:30pm.

The Vitality Blast at Queen’s Park has seen Derbyshire win the least three meetings. A regular sell out, a record number of tickets were sold during the club’s priority window, so buy now to secure your place.

The Falcons will be aiming to extend their unbeaten run in 2021, as they bid to reach Finals Day for a second season in three years.


The festival will conclude on a musical note, with the stars of London’s West End performing An Evening of Queen on Friday 9 July.

An Evening of Queen

Enjoy a night of legendary music in one of the most picturesque settings in Derbyshire, as An Evening of Queen – I Want to Break Free Tour comes to Chesterfield, following the amazing sold out run in 2019. 

A dazzling collection of performers from London’s West End, including former stars from the smash hit musical ‘We Will Rock You’, come together on Friday 9 July to present an incredible tribute to one of the world’s great rock bands.
