Ticket Terms and Conditions

Tickets are sold subject to the regulations of Derbyshire County Cricket Club (“the club”).

All tickets sold are non-refundable after purchase, except for when the Club’s Rain Check / Refund Policy (stated below) applies. All refunds are at the discretion of the Chief Executive.

Tickets are only valid if presented complete. Tickets are issued on the condition that they are not resold for more than face value. Any purchaser contravening this regulation will be prevented from purchasing tickets in the future. Please take care of your tickets as duplicates can only be issued up to 48 hours before.

The club reserves the right to change ticket prices at any time. The club may run promotional offers, which may include a change in price, at any time. Normal rain check and refund policy applies.

The club reserves the right to change the advertised fixtures without notice and liability where it is necessary to do so and provide you with an alternative seat to that specified on the ticket.

The club reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Please note that seating is non-reserved and some fixture will not all be seated, depending on demand.

Ticket Regulations

  1. Tickets shall not be resold or transferred (save as mentioned in (2) below) and shall not be purchased or obtained from or through any person, commercial agent, company or otherwise than directly by the applicant from the club or its authorised agent. Any tickets advertised for sale other than by the club or its authorised agents will be void.
  2. If more than one ticket is issued to an applicant those tickets may be used only by the applicant and the person(s) intending to accompany that applicant to and at the event.  The provision of such ticket by an applicant to such person without payment shall not contravene (1) above.
  3. Tickets are issued subject to Ground Regulations established by the club and/or the England & Wales Cricket Board (“the ECB”) from time to time and the club and/or the ECB shall be entitled to refuse admission to any ticket holder in reasonable circumstances and shall give written reasons if requested. A copy of the full Ground Regulations currently in force is available on derbyshireccc.com and is also available on application.
  4. Any ticket obtained in breach of these conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be nullified. Any person seeking to use a ticket obtained in breach of these conditions in order to gain or provide entry to or remain at the club will be a trespasser and will be ejected and liable to legal action.
  5. Tickets remain the property of the club and/or ECB at all times.
  6. The club and the ECB reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time. Where such change materially affects the rights of the purchaser, the purchaser will have the right to a full refund.
  7. Please note: If you purchase a ticket out of hours and capacity has been reached before your ticket is processed, the Club will not be able to sell you the ticket and a full refund will be made. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Ticket Policy

  1. Advanced sale, with discounted price, to cease the day before the start of the game.
  2. Students purchasing a Student Ticket must show a valid NUS card or valid University ID card on entry.
  3. Once Day 1 of a 4 day game commences, all tickets purchased for Days 2, 3 and 4 revert to full price.
  4. Car Parking at The Incora County Ground and Queen’s Park, Chesterfield, subject to availability and is non-refundable.
  5. Derbyshire CCC will, from time to time, place special ticket offers in various locations to assist with the promotion of fixtures. In the event that a person already holding tickets for a match gains visibility on such a special offer, they can of course use it in order to purchase further tickets, however, refunds on tickets already purchased cannot be offered.

Rain Check / Refund Policy

If in any day’s play less than 10 overs take place, the ticket can be retained and used for free entry at any other day’s play of a Derbyshire fixture during the same season (to the same face value of the ticket). We encourage all supporters to reuse their tickets to enjoy another day of cricket with us.

Alternatively, if a supporter is unable to attend a future fixture in the same season, a refund may be claimed by applying in writing to the ticket office enclosing your ticket(s) along with your name and address.

All refunds are at the discretion of the Chief Executive. Please allow 21 days for administration of refunds.

All parking tickets are non-refundable.

This policy applies for all home Derbyshire County Cricket Club fixtures played at The Incora County Ground or any other venue.

This policy applies to matches in which less than 10 overs of play take place and Covid-19 is not a contributing factor.

The club reserve the right to review this policy at any time.

For quarter-final fixtures with a reserve day; ticket holders will be able to apply for a refund if less than 10 overs are bowled on the reserve day. The above applies after the reserve day. 

Blast Pass

  1. Non-transferrable to other formats.
  2. Priority entry to all Vitality Blast home group fixtures and excludes quarter/semi-finals.
  3. No refund or exchange will be offered if the holder fails to use at all matches.
  4. Buyers will be entitled to a percentage refund of the value of their Season Pass should any game(s) not be constituted in line with the club’s ticketing terms & conditions.

Chesterfield Festival Pass

  1. Applies to Chesterfield Festival Fixtures only.
  2. No refund or exchange will be offered if the holder fails to use at all applicable matchdays.
  3. Should any matchday(s) contain fewer than 10 overs, except for when a result is reached, buyers will be entitled to claim either:
    1. A percentage refund of the value of their Festival Pass
    2. Another ticket to the same format of cricket in the same season

County Championship Bundle

  1. Applies to County Championship match bundle tickets
  2. No refund or exchange will be offered if the holder fails to use at all applicable matchdays.
  3. Should any matchday(s) contain fewer than 10 overs, except for when a result is reached, buyers will be entitled to claim either:
    1. A percentage refund of the value of their County Championship Bundle
    2. Another ticket to the same format of cricket in the same season

Carer/Companion Tickets

  1. Carer/Companion Tickets
    Supporters who have the following documentation are entitled to one free Carer Ticket. However, the supporter with the disability and any further members of their party will pay full price. Please show the relevant paperwork as well as suitable photo ID of the named recipient at the Ticket Office when you buy or collect your tickets. Not valid for online purchase. For proof of disability, please bring any one of the following forms of documentation:- Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent
    – Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been
    awarded, or the actual Allowance book
    – Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance letter of award
    – Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded
    – Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
    – In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual
    Impairment (CVI)
    – A local authority registration document which is local to the attraction where it is being submitted
    – A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
    – Credibility’s Access Card
    12.1 A carer must be over 14 years of age and capable of assisting the guest who has the disability. The carer would be expected to understand the disabled person’s condition and assist them in managing it for the duration of their visit. If more than one carer’s Membership is required, a letter from a GP or consultant is needed stating the number of carers required.
    12.2 Carer Tickets will be issued alongside the paying ticket-holder and are only valid when both parties attend. The Club reserves the right to revoke both tickets should this not be followed.

Vitality Blast ‘Earn Your Stripes’ reward scheme

A Vitality Blast ticket purchaser can buy tickets for another fixture, in the same season, at a discounted rate with our Earn Your Stripes rewards.

  1. This offer is only valid when purchasing additional tickets in a separate transaction to the original ticket purchase.
  2. The ticket purchaser can buy a maximum of four tickets for one additional fixture in the same season.
  3. Tickets must be purchased in advance of the day of the returning fixture

To claim the offer, the original ticket purchaser can quote the promo code on the promotional flyer over the phone by calling 01332 388 101 or show the promotional flyer at reception at The Incora County Ground.

Free Ticket Vouchers

The club will, from time to time and in line with its Charity policy, distributed vouchers for free tickets. These must be exchanged for match tickets in advance of the day of the game and only for the fixture(s) published on the voucher.

By submitting information to the Club to claim tickets, you are agreeing to Cricket Derbyshire using this information to contact you by email and post with the latest news and updates. All personal details are obtained under the Club’s Privacy Policy. The Club will never share your details with a third party. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Derbyshire CCC Photography Regulations

  1. Ticket-holders visiting our home venues consent to being photographed by ECB accredited photographers. Photographs taken on Matchdays may be used by the Club in relevant promotional material. If you do not wish to be photographed, please alert the Club via Reception at The Incora County Ground.
  2. Derbyshire County Cricket Club welcomes supporters to take photographs for personal use at fixtures at Derby and Queen’s Park, Chesterfield.
  3. Any photographer wishing to use equipment deemed by Derbyshire County Cricket Club staff as professional equipment* can only be used if you have been granted suitable accreditation from the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and meet their guidelines.
  4. Only photographers with suitable accreditation from the ECB can gain entry to photography positions and enter the field of play.
  5. This policy is for all Derbyshire County Cricket Club cricket fixtures taking place at Derby and Queen’s Park. It does not apply for non-cricket events when the policy will be deemed by the Club or event host (ie. promoter) and details about photography regulations for non-cricket events can be obtained by contacting the Club.

*The Club has the right to decide whether any equipment used by photographers at fixtures at Derby or Chesterfield is professional kit. Any persons using lens above 300mm will be deemed as professional and anyone wishing to use this equipment without ECB accreditation will need to contact the Club in advance of the fixture.
