New for the 2023 season, the Club will introduce a specific season-long Accessible Car Park Pass, available to purchase at the same cost as a Car Park Pass to enable supporters to guarantee a disabled bay at each regular-season Derbyshire home matchday.

Viewing Areas
Supporters can take advantage of a variety of viewing areas at The County Ground, with the majority easily accessible via level paths and grassed areas.
This includes much of the perimeter boundary fencing in front of the main Seat Unique Falcons Stand, as well as the Grandstand.
Supporters can reserve designated accessible viewing areas (photographed below) for Vitality Blast matches.
The numbered accessible viewing bays are located on the Grandstand and in front of the main Falcons Stand. To book an accessible viewing bay, which can be reserved alongside a match ticket for a T20 fixture in Derby, please email [email protected], or call 01332 388 101.
Toilets
Accessible Toilets are located on the ground floor of the Pavilion, close to the accessible parking bays, and within the Elite Performance Centre, close to the Grandstand.
In 2023, the Club opened a state-of-the-art Changing Places toilet, and additional disabled toilet, at the back of the Main Stand.
Hearing loop
The Club has introduced two new Hearing Loops at The County Ground – one in Main Reception and the other in the Members’ Lounge, with the aim of improving our communication with hard-of-hearing spectators and visitors. Please look out for the Hearing Loop sign on your visit.
Queen’s Park, Chesterfield
Please note, the above information relates to The County Ground, Derby only. For the annual BRM Chesterfield Festival of Cricket, which will return in 2024, please consult the Matchday Guide ahead of the fixtures, or email [email protected] with your query.
