Tickets for all four of Derbyshire Falcons’ Metro Bank One-Day Cup home fixtures are on sale now.
50-over cricket returns to Derbyshire this August, during the school holidays, and with home fixtures against Surrey and Essex at The County Ground, as well as a local derby against Nottinghamshire, the Metro Bank One-Day Cup is shaping up to be must-see viewing for any Midlands-based cricket fan this August.
The Falcons’ first home 50-over fixture of the summer comes with Rivals Day against Notts Outlaws on Sunday 10 August. Re-igniting the East Midlands Derby, which first comes to The County Ground in June for the Vitality Blast, this is set to be a fantastic opener for the Metro Bank One-Day Cup.
The following week, Derbyshire return to Repton School, for a first List A fixture since 1988, to take on Worcestershire in a match sponsored by Carfulan.
From a thatched Pavilion, to an historic backdrop, Repton School provides a picturesque setting for our second List A home fixture and it will be a first visit for many Derbyshire fans.
Derbyshire Members must claim a ticket for this fixture and have been emailed with further details.
The Tap Takeover, in partnership with Shiny Brewery, returns on Friday 22 August, as the Falcons take on Surrey. A wide range of craft beers, which include an array of unique flavours, as well as classic tastes, perfect for a day at the cricket, will be on offer.
The Falcons’ Metro Bank One-Day group stage comes to an end with our Community Day, in partnership with the Derbyshire Cricket Foundation, against Essex on Tuesday 26 August.
Juniors go FREE to Community Day, while Junior tickets for all other One-Day Cup matches are priced at just £3 in advance.
