Donald Bradman signature to be on sale at Cricket Derbyshire Bookshop

A menu card signed by the great Donald Bradman is to be on sale in the Cricket Derbyshire Bookshop during Day Two of the Bell & Co Tourist Fixture with Australia.

The unique piece of cricketing memorabilia has been independently valued at over £150 and members of the public will be able to bid over £100 for the item during the Tea Interval on Day Two of the match.

The Bookshop is run by a team of volunteers led by Phil Kirby and all proceeds going towards the development of young players and help fund summer contracts for Cricket Derbyshire Academy in partnership with the University of Derby graduates.

This year, summer contracts were given to Will Davis, Harry White and Adam Wheatcroft, with Davis and White set to feature against the Australians.
