Derbyshire County Cricket Club has announced its Second XI fixtures for the 2016 season.
There is set to be at least nine days of Second XI cricket played at The 3aaa County Ground, Derby, during the summer, all of which will be FREE entry for spectators.
John Sadler’s side will be looking to build on a successful 2015 campaign which included success in the One-Day Trophy – the Club’s first Second XI silverware since 1987.
The Club’s defence of the Second XI One-Day Trophy will start on Thursay 5 May against Lancashire at Neston CC.
Derbyshire’s Second XI Championship season, meanwhile, begins with a home fixture against Leicestershire on Monday 25 April and the county’s Second XI Twenty20 campaign starts on Thursday 29 April versus the same opposition.
