Today, we look back at Derbyshire’s best win of the 2015 NatWest T20 Blast campaign. In front of a packed house at The 3aaa County Ground, the Falcons came out on top over their neighbours, Notts Outlaws.
Batting first, Chesney Hughes top scored for the Falcons with 52 off just 29 balls, helping his side to their highest Twenty20 score of 201-7.
Nathan Rimmington (3-24), Shiv Thakor (2-30) and Wes Durston (2-35) helped see off the visitors in reply as the hosts ran out comfortable winners by 34 runs to secure their first home victory over Notts in almost a decade.
