Due to the on-going ground developments at The 3aaa County Ground, the pre-season friendlies against Leicestershire and Yorkshire will be closed to spectators.

As part of the Club’s ground development project, work is already well underway on the new £2million Media Centre complex which will be located at the Racecourse End of the ground. Projects to significantly upgrade the PA system, relocate the Falcons Stand to the City End and improve entrances to the ground are also on-going.

With visitor and spectator safety, security and comfort the Club’s top priority, the decision has been made to play the pre-season friendlies behind closed doors.

The Club would like to thank Members and supporters for their understand and co-operation during this period.

The work will allow the Club to continue to improve facilities and enhance the matchday experience we offer, while also modernising the ground to ensure we offer a safe and comfortable environment for all visitors.

We look forward to welcoming you all back to new-look 3aaa County Ground for the opening home game of the season versus Durham MCCU, starting on Monday 11 April.
