Neil Broom says he’s eager to continue his good form from the domestic season in New Zealand after arriving in Derby this week.
Broom arrives after a stand-out winter back home, scoring over 1,440 across three formats and ending the domestic Twenty20 competition as the leading run scorer with 299 runs at an average of 38. He will be available for this week’s fixture versus Durham MCCU at The 3aaa County Ground.
Broom: “It’s great to be here ahead of the county season. Personally I was happy with how I played back home and I hope I can continue that sort of form here at Derbyshire.”
