Derbyshire face Glamorgan in the Specsavers County Championship at Colywn Bay, North Wales, for the first time since 1966, starting on Sunday 17 July.
This is the first Championship match since the end of June when Derbyshire hit good form against Worcestershire and Kent, both matches ending in draws with John Sadler’s men in the ascendancy.
Glamorgan sit bottom of Division Two but both sides will be hoping to record their first wins of the season when the first ball is bowled on the Welsh coast.
Will Davis returns from injury and is included in the 13-man squad to face Glamorgan, but Tom Taylor remains unavailable due to a stress fracture to the lower back that will keep him out for the remainder of the season.
