Greg Cork is in contention to make his first-class debut as Derbyshire travel to the New Road to face Worcestershire in the county’s final fixture of 2016.
The 20-year old paceman, who claimed eight wickets in the Second XI’s Friendlty versus Leicestershire last week, has been included in John Sadler’s 12-man squad.
Tom Wood, who made his first-class debut against Leicestershire at The 3aaa County Ground last week, retains his position in the squad, while batsman Neil Broom is unavailable due to the birth of his third child.

Worcestershire are currently placed fourth in Division Two, having won five, lost four, and drawn six matches, including against Derbyshire at The 3aaa County Ground in June.
Joe Clarke heads into the game as Worcester’s leading run-scorer this season on 1012 Championship runs, including a career-best 135 against Northampton last month. Behind the right-hander is wicket-keeper Joe Cox on 756.
Leading with the ball, all-rounder Joe Leach is two wickets away from surpassing his 2015 wicket-tally of 59. The 25-year old seamer is currently on 58 from 14 completed matches this season.
