BBC cricket commentator and freelance writer, Elizabeth Ammon, will be the guest speaker at the next Derbyshire Cricket Society lunch on Thursday 26 January at The 3aaa County Ground.
Elizabeth has had articles on the county cricket scene published online and in the national press including the Times and the Guardian.
Apart from managing the Colts section at Barnes Cricket Club, Elizabeth has also carried out scoring for over 25 years. These skills were acquired in the Sheffield Cricket league at an early age.
She is also a longstanding member of Middlesex CCC and her passion is the promotion and development of grassroots and county cricket.

Elizabeth will speak at the Derbyshire Cricket Society lunch on Thursday 26 June in the Legends Lounge at The 3aaa County Ground, 12noon for 12.30pm.
