The 3aaa County Ground will host a Kia Super League fixture this August as part of a summer school holiday double header with the NatWest T20 Blast game against Durham Jets.

Loughborough Lightning will entertain Southern Vipers on Tuesday 15 August in Derby, before Derbyshire Falcons’ fixture versus the Jets, both live on Sky Sports.

The double header – start times to be confirmed – will offer great value for supporters with the Club offering a summer special offer ticket for both fixtures.

Members and Six Pack Ticket holders will be able to use their Membership Card or Six Pack to get access to both games.

Full details will be announced when NatWest T20 Blast tickets go on sale, on Wednesday 1 March.

Derbyshire Chief Executive, Simon Storey said: “We’re thrilled to be hosting a Kia Super League fixture this August before our NatWest T20 Blast game versus Durham Jets.

“With our state-of-the-art OKI Business & Media Centre, we are able to offer excellent matchday facilities for players, supporters and the media.

“The double header will offer us a fantastic opportunity to build on this summer’s ICC Women’s World Cup, which takes place in Derby in June and July.

“It presents a fantastic platform to spread the game to new audiences, while also inspiring more fans than ever before to watch and get involved in the game.

“With the double header also taking place during the summer school holiday, we hope many families will join us for what will be a great value day of cricket.”

Full ticket information will be announced on Wednesday 1 March on derbyshireccc.com.
