Viljoen and Davis to miss Glamorgan trip

Hardus Viljoen and Will Davis have been ruled out of the Specsavers County Championship trip to Glamorgan, starting on Monday.

Viljoen had been on a course of treatment for a knee injury. He has been working hard on his rehabilitation, but had a reaction to his last course. The medical staff will now manage his workload as he looks to return to full match fitness ahead of the NatWest T20 Blast.

Davis has had a setback in his recovery from a side injury. He is now in the final stages of his rehabilitation, with a view to be back fit during the first part of the NatWest T20 Blast.

A full squad for the day/night fixture versus Glamorgan at Cardiff, starting on Monday, will be announced later today.
