Greene King has agreed to sponsor Cricket Derbyshire Foundation’s T20:20:20 Walkathon from Derby to Nottingham on Friday 21 July.
The official beer partner of Derbyshire County Cricket Club and sponsors of the Marquee at The 3aaa County Ground, have thrown their support behind the sponsored walkathon.
The country’s leading pub retailer and brewer will provide bottles of cold award-winning IPA for all fundraisers at the end of the 20 miles walkathon, prior to entry to the NatWest T20 Blast match between Notts Outlaws and Derbyshire Falcons at Trent Bridge.
The walk will begin at The 3aaa County Ground, Derby and continue onto Trent Bridge, Nottingham, where the IPA will be waiting ahead of the big Twenty20 fixture.
All walkers will receive one adult ticket to the match at Trent Bridge, plus a walkathon t-shirt and medal, an event pack and a coach back to Derby after the match.
