Teams captained by Wayne Madsen and David Nugent will go head-to-head in Cricket vs Football: A Question of Sport at The 3aaa County Ground on Thursday 26 October.
The Question of Sport style event, sponsored by Smith Partnership, will see teams representing Cricket Derbyshire and Derby County take each other on in a battle of sporting knowledge.
Additional tickets have been released and are now available to buy for only £12.50. Tickets including a Derbyshire pie and mash meal are £25 per person.
Ex-England international Nugent, who comes in to replace teammate Darren Bent, will led the Derby County team which will also feature Club’s legends Roy McFarland and Roger Davies and Derby County Ladies Captain, Hannah Ward.
They will take on a Derbyshire’s team captained by Wayne Madsen and will feature player/coach Tony Palladino, former fast bowler Kevin Dean, award-winning BBC Radio Derby commentator Dave Fletcher and the Club’s lead physiotherapist Fran Clarkson.
The interactive quiz, which will feature some of the hit TV shows most popular rounds including mystery guest and what happens next, will be hosted by Derby QUAD’s Adam Buss.
The event, which will be raising funds for Cricket Derbyshire Foundation and Wayne Madsen Testimonial, will be held in the 3aaa Pavilion and doors will open at 7pm for a 7.30pm meal. Ticket only arrival is 8pm.
