Luis Reece will have surgery on his right foot after suffering a broken metatarsal during the Royal London One-Day Cup fixture against Yorkshire Vikings.
The all-rounder sustained the injury during the match at the end of May and an x-ray confirmed the break.
After seeing a specialist, it was determined that he would have surgery to further aid the healing process.
Following the surgery, Reece will begin a detailed rehabilitation programme and be continually monitored throughout his recovery by the Club’s medical staff.
The Club will provide a further update in due course.
