Anuj Dal and Billy Godleman both made half-centuries as Derbyshire shared victories with Yorkshire in back-to-back Second XI T20 matches at Barnsley.
All-rounder Dal starred in the first match as he hit a blistering 66 from 30 balls and also took two wickets as Derbyshire strode out 42-run winners.
Critchley (36) and Callum Brodrick (33) supported Dal with the bat whilst there was also a late flurry from Tom Wood (18) as he hit two sixes to power the Second XI to a total of 188.
In reply, a strong Yorkshire side started well as Alex Lees (60) and Jack Leaning (52) both made half-centuries whilst they combined for an 82-run second wicket partnership to set a platform for the hosts.
However, Matt McKiernan and Dal came into the attack to claim two wickets each as Yorkshire lost three wickets in 3.1 overs and ultimately fell short of the target by 42 runs.
Yorkshire started strongly in the second match as Josh Shaw removed Chesney Hughes and Brodrick without scoring in the first over.
Derbyshire responded to losing early wickets through Godleman as he hit a quick-fire 71 from 51 balls to rebuild the innings.
There were short cameos from Wood (15), Harvey Hosein (19) and James Kettleborough (17 not out) before Dan Wheeldon (39 not out) came to the crease to smash five sixes and accelerate Derbyshire to a total of 177.
Derbyshire started well in defence as James Sykes dismissed Tom Kohler-Cadmore (5) after four balls.
However, opener Harry Brook struck 17 boundaries as he hit an unbeaten 101 from 54 balls to guide Yorkshire to a seven-wicket victory with 2.5 overs to spare.
Chesney Hughes was a pick of the bowlers for Derbyshire as he took figures of 1-20 from four overs but ultimately the visitors were defeated by Yorkshire.
