Tony Palladino will be the guest speaker at the Derbyshire Cricket Society’s lunch on Thursday 20 December.
After several years with Essex, Palladino was signed by Derbyshire ahead of the 2011 season and since then he has developed into a regular in red ball cricket with a number of match-winning performances to his name.
Known for his consistency at an unerring length, the 35-year-old has claimed 437 first-class wickets at an average under 29.
Palladino played a pivotal role in Derbyshire’s 2012 Second Division Championship win, closing the campaign as the Club’s leading wicket-taker with 56 wickets at 24.14.
He was awarded a testimonial for 2018 and this proved to be yet another successful season as he took 51 wickets at 19.73 in four-day cricket.
The experienced seamer will be answering questions at the Derbyshire Cricket Society Lunch on Thursday 20 December in the Kappture Legends Lounge of the Elite Performance Centre at The County Ground, starting at 12pm.
