Derbyshire County Cricket Club can confirm that the promoter, in conjunction with the artists, has decided to cancel the Derby Sound concert on Saturday 3 August due to lower than anticipated ticket sales.
Anyone who purchased tickets through Derbyshire County Cricket Club will receive a full refund. Customers who purchased tickets from other outlets should contact the seller directly.
Chief Executive, Ryan Duckett, said: “Naturally, we are disappointed to see the concert cancelled.
“Having spoken to the promoter, I know the move was not taken lightly, but we understand their decision.
“As a unique venue in Derby, we have hosted three successful concerts over the past two years and will continue to work with promoters regarding events for 2020.”
