Aston Lark Tourist Fixture: One week away

There is just one week to go until Australia come to Derby for the Aston Lark Tourist Fixture at The Pattonair County Ground.

A strong Australia side is expected to line up for the three-day match, which begins on Thursday 29 August, with the likes of David Warner, Mitchell Starc and captain Tim Paine all named in the squad.

Steve Smith also is likely to feature at The Pattonair County Ground as he prepares for a return to Ashes action in the fourth Test after being ruled out of the third Test, which began at Headingley this morning.

In their first visit to Derby since 2015, Australia will take on Derbyshire between the third and fourth Ashes Test matches, as the series approaches what is sure to be an enthralling climax.

Some of Australia’s top stars will be on show, so don’t miss your chance to see Derbyshire take on Australia in the Aston Lark three-day Tourist Fixture, starting Thursday 29 August, 11am.

Supporters can save £4 by purchasing their tickets in advance of the day of the game, while further discounts are available when purchased as a group of 10 or more.
