Derbyshire to face Gloucestershire in quarter-final

Derbyshire Falcons will face Gloucestershire in the quarter-final of the Vitality Blast on Saturday 7 September (7pm) at The Bristol County Ground.

Dominic Cork’s Falcons will travel to Bristol for the knockout fixture after finishing third in the North Group on 16 points, with seven wins from their 14 matches, while Gloucestershire cemented second in the South Group.

Derbyshire’s second T20 quarter-final in three seasons was sealed with three successive wins over the Bank Holiday weekend as Ravi Rampaul broke the club’s wicket-taking tally for a single T20 season (21), while Billy Godleman (419) and Wayne Madsen (400) both took their averages above 45.

Adult: £20 advance; £25 on the gate
U18: £3/£5 on gate

Derbyshire County Cricket Club will not receive an allocation of tickets for this quarter-final fixture and all spectators are advised to go directly to the host venue.


Bus Transport from The Pattonair County Ground:

Derbyshire County Cricket Club is pleased to offer coach travel to and from the fixture at a discounted rate for supporters.

Coaches will depart The Pattonair County Ground at 1pm on the day of the fixture and return the same evening after the match.

Spectators can leave their cars at The Pattonair County Ground ready for collection upon returning from the fixture. All cars will be left at the owner’s risk.

The drop off/pick up point at the Bristol County Ground will be the Gate 2 entrance off Ashley Down Road, postcode BS7 9LU.

£25 per person. This is a return coach ticket and includes transport to and from The Bristol County Ground.
The £25 is for coach travel only and does not include entry to the match. All match tickets must be purchased via the host venue.
This is a direct and non-stop route from The Pattonair County Ground to The Bristol County Ground (excluding breaks).
No single tickets or concessions available.
All tickets must be purchased on or before Thursday 5 September (5pm). Tickets will be available for collection on the day from Reception at The Pattonair County Ground.

The coach will not wait for late passengers.

The Bristol County Ground is located in Bristol to the north of the City Centre. Conveniently situated a short distance from the M32 with easy access to the M4 and M5.

The main entrance to the ground is the Ashley Down Road entrance, postcode BS7 9LU.

If collecting tickets, spectators should use the Nevil Road entrance.

Arriving by Bus:
The Bristol County Ground, Bristol on Nevil Road, is easily accessible by bus: Services 17, 70/71, 72, 73, 75, 76, T2 all run within a five minute walk of the main entrance using stops on the nearby Gloucester Road (Services 71, 72, 73, 75, 76, T2), Muller Road (Service 17) and Ashley Down Road (Service 70). All buses operate at regular intervals, Service 75 and 76 run 24 hours a day.
