Alex Hughes struck the winning runs in the quarter-final, and he is named in the squad with Matt Critchley, Fynn Hudson-Prentice and Anuj Dal.
Ravi Rampaul is likely to continue with the new ball, while spinner Hamidullah Qadri is named in the squad to face Lancashire.
