Four Derbyshire players have discovered their fixtures for The Hundred, while the Trent Rockets Women’s team will play two matches at The Pattonair County Ground.
Ravi Rampaul and Leus du Plooy could feature for Welsh Fire in the inaugural game of The Hundred next year, as their side take on Oval Invincibles on Friday 17 July.
Rampaul, who was last year’s leading wicket-taker in the Vitality Blast with 23, will play alongside his Derbyshire teammate du Plooy, who smashed three half-centuries on his way to scoring 312 runs in the Twenty20 competition.
Luis Reece and Wayne Madsen will begin their Hundred campaigns on Saturday 18 July, when they turn out for London Spirit and Manchester Originals respectively.
Reece’s first game will be against Birmingham Phoenix at Edgbaston, while Madsen will be in action against Northern Superchargers later in the day at Emirates Old Trafford.
The Women’s Hundred competition will see Trent Rockets play two fixtures at The Pattonair County Ground in August, with England duo Nat Sciver and Katherine Brunt set to be in action alongside Australia internationals Sophie Molineux and Elyse Villani.
The first game will see Northern Superchargers visit The Pattonair County Ground on Saturday 1 August, starting at 2pm, before the Rockets face Oval Invincibles on Friday August.
