Godleman helps MCC to win in Nepal

Billy Godleman helped the MCC to a 38-run win over Nepal under 19s in the opening game of the ‘Legacy Tour’. 

The Derbyshire captain scored 22 as MCC struck 334-7 from their 50 overs, with Will Rhodes (93) and Tom Westley (65) both passing 50. Nepal Under 19s could only manage 296-9 in reply, as the visitors secured victory.

Fynn Hudson-Prentice continued his good form with the ball for Lancaster Park CC, as he claimed 4-19 in the Designer Homes Premiership One-Day Cup match against Sydenham CC.

With nine wickets from just three matches, at an average of 7.11, Hudson-Prentice tops Lancaster Park’s wicket-taking charts, while the all-rounder also hit ten runs as his side chased down the target of 84 in just 16.1 overs.

Matt Critchley claimed 1-82 from 23 overs on the opening day of the match between Fairfield Liverpool and St George in the NSW Premier Cricket  – First Grade.

The all-rounder is unbeaten on six, chasing 326 to win on the second day, which will take place on Saturday 9 November.

Luis Reece was also in action for Gosnells CC on the final day of their match against University, but he only managed two runs as his side were beaten by 165 runs.
