England return to The Incora County Ground to face New Zealand in the day/night Royal London ODI on Thursday 23 September; 1.00pm scheduled start.
Following the nationwide easing of restrictions from 19 July, we are pleased to confirm that more spectators will be able to enjoy live cricket in Derbyshire as our capacity increases.
The majority of our ground regulations, which are detailed further below, will revert to how we have operated in previous seasons, however certain things will have changed and we encourage all spectators to read this guide thoroughly to help make your visit a safe and enjoyable experience.
We want to assure all supporters that your safety and enjoyment remain our main priority and our ground safety, cleaning and staff procedures remain the same as we all transition back to greater normality.
We ask all supporters to not travel to The Incora County Ground if they are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.

Interval: 4.30pm – 5.15pm approx.
Close: 8.45pm approx.
Tickets are priced at £10 for adults, £3 for juniors and £5 for students, while Car Parking is priced at £8, if purchased in advance. Derbyshire Members do not need to claim a ticket for this fixture.
We encourage all supporters wishing to attend to buy now to avoid queues on the day.

A limited amount of tickets will be available to purchase on the day, via the main entrance.
Please note that Membership card & ticket scanners will be in operation at ALL gates.
Gates open at 11.30am for Members and ticket-holders and we ask all supporters not to arrive before this time.
Hospitality guests should follow the arrival time noted in their booking information.
Ground Access by Car: Ample Car Parking is available in the Racecourse Car Park, DE21 6AL and we ask supporters to arrive after the 11.30am ground opening and to not queue outside the venue prior to this time.
Parking: Parking for this fixture will be in the Racecourse Car Park, DE21 6AL, and will be available for Derbyshire Members and pre-paid ticket holders.
Ground Access by Foot/Public Transport: Pedestrians who walk to the venue or arrive by public transport can enter via the main Incora Pavilion entrance.
Ticket Scanning: Once parked, or at the venue entrance on foot, all supporters will be required to pass through a scanning checkpoint, as directed by signage and on-site stewards. This will be via the main Pavilion entrance. Those who park in the Car Park off Sir Frank Whittle Way will be directed on foot around to the main entrance for entry checks.
You must present your Membership card or match ticket to be scanned (club-issued printed ticket, printed e-ticket, or e-ticket displayed on a smartphone).
Spectator Seating: Spectators will no longer be required to choose a spectator zone upon arrival and remain within that area throughout the day. Supporters will be able to use any area of seating which is not cordoned off, while Members will also be able to use their exclusive facilities (details below).
Please note that, for LV= County Championship & Royal London Cup fixtures, the Club is operating with unallocated/unreserved seating and seat numbers/ticks are not in use for this fixture.
Supporters are not required to remain in the same seat for the duration of their visit.
Priority seating for supporters with accessible needs will be available on the front row of the main Falcons Stand and the East Midlands Demolition Stand. This will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Supporters can bring their own chairs to sit on the grassed or concrete areas, however walkways must be kept clear at all times and stewards may direct supporters to move should they be blocking access.
Dogs are not permitted for the England ODI vs New Zealand on Thursday 23 September.

While certain restrictions on supporters have eased, our priority is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all spectators and therefore our cleanliness and staff procedures will remain the same.

2021 and Life Members will be able to use the exclusive Incora Members Lounge as an indoor/balcony viewing area, while catering and bar facilities will be available. Please have your Membership Card ready to present to the steward upon entry.
Please note, the Members Lounge, as with seating around the ground, is unreserved and we kindly ask Members to not leave items unattended on seats/benches.
Incora Executive Members will have exclusive use of the Incora Executive Lounge, while the pre-order system for hot food, via our new Tell The Chef system, will continue to be in operation. Executive Members have been sent an email with details of how to do this. For any issues linked to pre-ordering, please email [email protected].
Members will be able to take advantage of the catering facilities within the Incora Members Lounge, while Incora Executive Members can pre-order food via the Tell The Chef system (details above).
The menu for Incora Executive Members will be communicated via the pre-ordering system.
Food in the Members Lounge will be served from 12.00pm – 2.30pm approx.
Catering units will be available for supporters to purchase a variety of hot and cold food and drinks.
Spectators are permitted to bring their own refreshments to this fixture, including soft drinks and snacks, however alcohol is not permitted for international fixtures.
Reception in The Incora Pavilion will be open to supporters wishing to purchase tickets for future fixtures/events, or to enquire about Membership.
Club Shop: The Club Shop will be temporarily relocated to the main entrance with a reduced stock offering, which includes a clearance on 2021 kit stock.
FINAL CLEARANCE: The club will be running a final clearance clothing sale on items in the Club Shop during this fixture, with replica kits, training wear and other leisurewear all reduced to just £10 for Adult sizes and £5 for Juniors. 150 Club Members will be able to use their £20 vouchers on clearance products.

The only covered seating zone is the East Midlands Demolition Stand.
Executive Members may use the Incora Executive Lounge, while the Incora Members Lounge will be used as an exclusive Members facility.
Supporters are encouraged to check the latest weather forecast before planning their visit and prepare accordingly. While refreshments will be available from outlets around the ground, the Club advises supporters to bring plenty of bottled water.

From the start of the 2021 season, Derbyshire will operate a cashless policy across all Club-managed points of sale on site – from ticket gates, to catering.
There are two reasons for this, the first being a proven increase in the speed of service when accepting card payments only and the second being hygiene as part of our commitment to keeping spectators and staff safe during the Covid-19 pandemic.
All of our catering and bar tills will accept all major debit/credit cards, as well as contactless payment options, including Apple and Android Pay.

Pentagon Island Roadworks: Derby City Council will commence roadworks on Pentagon Island from Wednesday 25 August for approximately four months and the works will impact entry and exit at The Incora County Ground.
Most of the work will be limited to off-peak daytime hours of 9.30am – 3.30pm from Monday to Friday. The roundabout will be open at all times but lane closures will be necessary.
The Club encourages all visitors to plan their journey in advance and allow plenty of time to access The Incora County Ground.
