Head of Cricket, Mickey Arthur, answers supporter-submitted questions about his life, career and ambitions for Derbyshire.
Members and supporters began submitting their questions in February, ahead of Arthur’s arrival to start work at The Incora County Ground, with the best selected from a pool of more than 100.
Arthur was grilled on his ambitions for his time with Derbyshire, the kind of pitches he wants to be prepared for home fixtures and who he rates as the most talented player he’s worked with during stints with South Africa, Australia, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
