Ticket sales for Vitality Blast fixtures against Yorkshire Vikings at Queen’s Park, Chesterfield, and Notts Outlaws at The Incora County Ground have reached record numbers, after the first day of general on sale.
Both fixtures sold out in 2019, the last time full crowds were permitted for Vitality Blast fixtures, and the early sales figures indicate demand will be similar for the 2022, as the Falcons target a successful campaign under new Head of Cricket, Mickey Arthur.
During the pre-sale window, which opened in February, interest in the games reached unprecedented levels and that has only continued with the release of tickets on general sale.
More than one fifth of tickets for the Yorkshire Vikings fixture have already been sold, with the Notts Outlaws clash rapidly approaching that figure.

Vitality Blast tickets purchased now will save at least 15% on the on-day price, with adults saving £5 on all advanced tickets purchased, compared to on the day.
For the first-time-ever at The Incora County Ground, families who purchase their tickets in advance also have the chance to secure their seats in the Showcase Cinemas de Lux Family Zone, through allocated seating.
