Derbyshire Falcons have named a 14-man squad for tomorrow’s Vitality Blast fixture against Northants Steelbacks at the County Ground, Northampton (6.30pm)
Leus du Plooy has scored half-centuries in each of his last two innings, and the left-hander will be aiming to continue that form against Northants on Tuesday evening, alongside the likes of Shan Masood, Luis Reece and Wayne Madsen.
George Scrimshaw (7) is Derbyshire’s leading wicket-taker in the competition, while Sam Conners, Hayden Kerr and Mattie McKiernan have five dismissals apiece.

Injury News
Suranga Lakmal has undergone successful surgery on his elbow and will work closely with the Medical Team through his recovery process for the remainder of the season.
Ben Aitchison’s recovery from a spinal bone injury is progressing according to plan and it is hoped he could feature before the end of the current campaign, Tom Wood remains unavailable for selection.
The Opposition
Northants Steelbacks are third in the North Group, after winning three of their opening six fixtures.
Big-hitting Australia batter, Chris Lynn, has scored one century and two half-centuries in just four innings so far, while New Zealand’s Jimmy Neesham has picked-up seven wickets and scored one half-century in three appearances.
Ben Sanderson is Northants’ leading bowler, with nine wickets at 23.11, and their attack will be looking to once again keep things tight, with five bowlers having an economy of 8.25 or less so far.
