Analyst & Support Coach, Alex Hughes, gives his thought’s on Derbyshire’s pre-season training regime and looks ahead to the upcoming training camp at Desert Springs.
The squad have been working at The Incora County Ground and the National Cricket Performance Centre at Loughborough University as they prepare for the new season, which begins next month.
Mickey Arthur’s side will travel to Spain next week for an outdoor training camp at Desert Springs, which will give the squad the opportunity to get outside and practice on pitches before the season begins.
Hughes, who ended his playing career during the winter, speaks about his transition into a new role and gives his thoughts on Derbyshire’s pre-season training schedule.
