Derbyshire and The Stay Company have extended their partnership, with the company remaining the Club’s Preferred Accommodation Partner.
The company offers high quality serviced apartments in the East Midlands, and has renewed their formal partnership with Derbyshire following a long-term association with the club.
Derbyshire will continue to use The Stay Company’s varied portfolio to provide suitable accommodation for the club’s overseas players during the season.
They are also the sponsor of Derbyshire and England Lions fast bowler, George Scrimshaw, who is set to play a big role in the Falcons’ Vitality Blast campaign.
Commercial Manager, Jimmy Drew, said: “We have enjoyed a long relationship with The Stay Company and I’m delighted that we are continuing to work with them.
“In a sport where players can come and go at a moments notice, it’s so important to have an accommodation partner who are flexible. The Stay Company have been excellent to work with and have ensured that many of our overseas players have a comfortable stay in the local community.”
Dan Wilkinson, Head of Operations at The Stay Company, added: “We are thrilled to extend our partnership with Derbyshire County Cricket Club and remain their preferred Accommodation Partner. As the club’s accommodation provider, we understand the importance of offering comfortable and flexible stays for their players throughout the season.
“Our apartments are ideally located and offer excellent amenities, providing a home away from home, ensuring players are relaxed and at ease during their time with us. This renewed agreement reflects our commitment to providing high-quality serviced apartments in Derby and Nottingham and we look forward to continuing our fruitful relationship with Derbyshire County Cricket Club.”
