The BRM Solicitors Chesterfield Festival of Cricket, in association with Chesterfield Borough Council, comes to a close this weekend with the hugely popular Vitality Blast clash between Derbyshire Falcons and Yorkshire Vikings on Sunday 18 June; 2.30pm start.
The fixture is SOLD OUT. Spectators, including Members, must have a match ticket to be granted entry.

Tickets for this fixture are sold out and no tickets will be available on the gate.
Members/Blast Pass holders must have claimed a ticket in advance and bring this ticket, alongside their 2023 Membership/Blast Pass card, with them to be granted entry. Membership cards alone will not be valid for entry.

Members who paid a £10 refundable deposit (£5 for Student Members) do not need to take any action to receive their refund if they attend the fixture.
All Members who paid their refundable deposit have been sent a match ticket. Members must bring this match ticket (printed, or QR code displayed on smartphone) to be scanned upon entry. Membership Cards / Blast Pass cards alone will not grant entry.
Once match tickets are scanned, this scanning confirmation will be used to issue refunds for Members who attend. Members do not need to take any further action on the matchday.
Refunds will be processed the week commencing 19 June and please allow a further 10 working days for the funds to reach your account.
If your payment method has changed since making your deposit, please notify the Club.
If a Member fails to attend the fixture, the deposit will not be refunded.
Gates open at 12.30pm for ticket-holders and we ask all supporters not to arrive before this time to avoid queues on adjacent roads.
Pre-Purchased Parking: Entry by car for those with a pre-purchased Car Park Ticket, or a 2023 Car Park Season Pass (including Incora Executive Members) will be via the main entrance off Boythorpe Avenue (please see above map). No further on-site car parking will be available on the day.
Due to the car park capacity being smaller than The Incora County Ground, we encourage pass holders to arrive early.

Please do not park at Queen’s Park Sports Centre, this is reserved for sports centre users.
We encourage all supporters to plan their arrival at the ground, allowing plenty of time. Thank you for your co-operation.
Ground Access by Foot/Public Transport: Supporters who arrive on foot or by public transport and have pre-purchased tickets or a Derbyshire Membership Card can enter the ground via any of the three entrances displayed on the above map – off Boythorpe Avenue, via the Lake End (near the play area), or off Park Road.
Ticket Scanning: Once parked, or at the venue entrance on foot, all supporters will be required to pass through a scanning checkpoint, as directed by signage and on-site stewards.
You must present your Membership card or match ticket to be scanned (club-issued printed ticket, printed e-ticket, or e-ticket displayed on a smartphone).

Access to the A617 bypass towards Chesterfield is scheduled to be closed on Sunday due to major bridge works.
Diversions will be in place and the Club encourages spectators to plan their journey in advance and travel to Queen’s Park via an alternative route.
Spectators travelling from Derby are encouraged to take the A38 to the A61 (signpost Alfreton/Matlock) and follow the A61 as directed above.
Spectators travelling from north of Chesterfield are encouraged to take the M1 Junction 29A exit (Markham Vale) and the A632 into Chesterfield.

By Train
There is a direct train service running from Derby to Chesterfield.

The walk from the station takes about 25-30 minutes.
By Bus
There is no direct bus service from Derby to Chesterfield on Sunday.
Spectator Seating: Seating will be available around the ground, with the Members’ seating area located by the Main Pavilion.
Reserved/Unreserved Seating: All seating will be unreserved for this fixture, including the Members’ area.
Disabled Access: Priority seating for supporters with accessible needs will be available at various locations around the ground. If any supporter requires assistance with any seating arrangements, please contact your nearest steward.
Own Chairs: Supporters are permitted to bring their own chairs and picnic blankets for this fixture. However, with a capacity crowd expected, please do not block walkways or spectator access.
Dogs: Supporters are not permitted to bring dogs to this fixture.
2023 Season and Life Members will have exclusive access to the benched seating area to the side of the Main Pavilion. Please have your Membership Card ready to present to the steward upon entry.
Incora Executive Members will have use of the Executive Marquee, alongside Hospitality guests, while the pre-order system for hot food will continue to be in operation. Food: Across our home T20 matchdays this summer you’ll be able to enjoy a range of delicious hot food, including Woodfired Pizza, Authentic Indian Cuisine, Big Melt Cheese Toasties, Burgers, Hot Dogs and Project D Doughnuts.
All outlets will also offer a range of tasty vegan and gluten-free options.
And with more good weather forecast, make the most of the sunshine with an ice cream from Frederick’s of Chesterfield.
Drink: Stay refreshed with Brampton Brewery, who will be back at this year’s BRM Solicitors Chesterfield Festival of Cricket, serving a range of locally-brewed ales.
The Club operates Challenge 25 and a responsible drinking policy. Low alcohol, or 0% beer, cider and gin will be available.
Reusable Drinkware: The Club operates a Reusable Drinkware policy, details of which can be found HERE.
Spectators are permitted to bring their own refreshments to this fixture, however alcohol is not permitted. Soft drinks/water must be brought in clear plastic bottles. Please note, our Alcohol Policy states no more than four drinks can be served to any one person per transaction.
Club Shop: The Club Shop, located in the conservatory on the top bank by the pavilion, will be open from 12.30pm until the close of play.
Online Shop: The Club’s Online Shop is live at derbyshireccc.com. The shop includes replica Vitality Blast shirts, as well as a range of other Club merchandise and the official Derbyshire County Cricket Club 150th Anniversary book.
Scorecards: A blank scorecard template can be downloaded for free, HERE. A squad list can also be collected from the Club Shop in the conservatory. Please note, this will not be updated after the toss due to being at an out-ground. As part of the Club’s initiative to reduce paper waste, we encourage supporters to use the Club website for the latest score and team information via our Match Centre (details and link below).
There are no areas of covered seating and supporters are encouraged to check the latest weather forecast before planning their visit and prepare accordingly.
While refreshments will be available from outlets around the ground, the Club advises supporters to bring plenty of bottled water.

Derbyshire County Cricket Club operates a cashless policy across all Club-managed points of sale on site – from ticket gates, to catering.
All of our catering and bar tills will accept all major debit/credit cards, as well as contactless payment options, including Apple and Android Pay.
Other catering units may accept cash, but this is not guaranteed.
