Derbyshire all-rounder, Luis Reece, has been named in the PCA Men’s Team of the Month for July.
Reece scored 447 LV= County Championship runs, including two centuries and one half-century, and chipped in with four first-class wickets as Derbyshire went through July unbeaten in red ball cricket.
The opener put on a Club-record first-wicket partnership of 360 with Harry Came against Glamorgan at The Incora County Ground, with Reece providing 201 of those runs, having already scored a first innings century in the game.
Reece will be a key member of Derbyshire’s Metro Bank One Day Cup side, a competition in which he scored two centuries last year, as Derbyshire aim to challenge for a place in the knockout stages.
