England Women return to The Incora County Ground for a series-deciding Vitality IT20 against Sri Lanka on Wednesday 6 September (6pm start), as part of a full day of cricket, which also sees the Disability Premier League final take place from 12.30pm.

If you are joining us for this fixture, please read the information below which will ensure that your visit is safe, enjoyable and comfortable.

Tickets

Buying in Advance: Tickets for England vs Sri Lanka are on sale now, with very limited amounts of General Admission tickets remaining, priced at £15 for Adults and just £5 for Juniors.

Members: Please note that this fixture is included in 2023 Membership and for 2023 Blast Pass holders with no ticket required. Please present your Membership or Blast Pass card upon entry.

Buying on the Day: If any tickets remain available to purchase on the day, all supporters wishing to buy a ticket will need to do so at the Club’s Matchday Ticket Sales Point. Please see the Ground Map below for the location of the Ticket Sales Point.

Please note that Membership card & ticket scanners will be in operation at ALL gates. All ticket sales must be card/contactless payment only. No cash payments.

Member Guest Passes: Any Member wishing to use their Guest Passes for this fixture must claim their tickets online in advance of arriving at the ground. For further information regarding Guest Passes, click HERE to visit the Members’ Hub.

DPL Final: Entry is free for the Disability Premier League Final, starting at 12.30pm on Wednesday 6 September. Any spectators who attend this match without a ticket for the England Women’s fixture in the evening, will be given the opportunity to purchase a ticket between games.

Ground Entry & Parking

Gates for the Disability Premier League Final will be open from 11am, while gates for the England Women vs Sri Lanka IT20 will open from 4pm.

Club-operated Matchday Car Parks. All Car Parks SOLD OUT. Pre-Purchased & Season Passes Only.

The below applies to Vitality IT20 fixtures at The Incora County Ground
– Main Pavilion Car Park (A): Incora Executive Members, Hospitality Guests, pre-purchased Accessibility Car Park Tickets
– Frank Whittle Overflow Car Park (B): Hospitality Guests & Seasonal Car Park Passes (Members)
– The Racecourse Car Park (C): Off St Mark’s Road (DE21 6AL) – Pre-Purchased Parking (sold out) & Seasonal Car Park Passes (Members)
– Pentagon House Car Park (D): Off Stores Road (DE21 4XA) Pre-Purchased Parking (sold out)

There will be no on-the-day car park ticket sales. Pre-purchased parking and Car Park Passes only.

Accessible Car Parking: Accessible Car Parking spaces are available in the Incora Pavilion car park and via the run-through. We encourage all spectators wishing to use an Accessible Car Park bay to pre-purchase their tickets. Accessible Car Park tickets can be pre-purchased until 5pm the day before the matchday by calling 01332 388 101 during our opening hours (Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm), or by emailing [email protected] to request a call-back.

As well as ample road parking close to the venue, public car parks are available at: 

  • Siddals Road (NCP), DE1 2PY
  • Derbion Riverside, DE1 2AZ

Arriving by Bus: Derbyshire County Cricket Club is well-connected by a number of bus routes, with a bus stop located just a minute’s walk from the main entrance. Click HERE to plan your route.

Arriving by Train: Derby is on the East Midlands Trains main line with direct trains from London St. Pancras via Leicester from the South, and Sheffield and Chesterfield from the North. Click HERE to plan your journey.

Ground Access by Foot/Public Transport: Pedestrians who walk to the venue or arrive by public transport can enter via the main Incora Pavilion entrance.

Ticket Scanning: Once parked, or at the venue entrance on foot, all supporters will be required to pass through a scanning checkpoint, as directed by signage and on-site stewards. This will be via the main Pavilion entrance. Those who park in the Car Park off Sir Frank Whittle Way will be able to pass through the ticket scanning point on that side of the ground.

You must present your Membership card or match ticket to be scanned (club-issued printed ticket, printed e-ticket, or e-ticket displayed on a smartphone).


Seating & Viewing

Spectator Seating: The ground map above shows unreserved spectator seating areas, highlighted in light blue, as well as reserved seating in the Family Zone, highlighted in amber.

Reserved/Unreserved Seating: The Showcase Cinema de Lux Family Zone is the only area of reserved seating in operation. All other areas of spectator seating are unreserved and we request supporters do not leave bags etc on seats in an attempt to reserve.

Please note the Showcase Cinema de Lux Family Zone is sold out for this fixture. If you have book tickets in this stand, a steward will be on hand to direct you to your seats.

Disabled Access: Priority seating for supporters with accessibility needs will be available on the front row of the main Falcons Stand and to the back of the Grandstand in designated Accessible Viewing Bays. The use of these bays for this fixture will be on a first-come, first-served and unreserved basis. If any supporter requires assistance with any seating arrangements, please contact your nearest steward. Accessible toilets are located behind the Seat Unique Falcons Stand, in the Incora Pavilion and the  Elite Performance Centre (see Ground Map above).

Own Chairs: For this Vitality IT20, the Club is trialling allowing spectators to bring their own chairs to matches. Please be respectful of other spectators and do not block walkways. Stewards will ask spectators to move any chairs which may be blocking access.

Dogs: Supporters can bring dogs into LV= County Championship and Royal London Cup fixtures, but not Vitality IT20 matches.


Members Area

2023 and Life Members will be able to use the exclusive Incora Members Lounge as an indoor/balcony viewing area, while bar facilities and snacks will be available to purchase. Please have your Membership Card ready to present to the steward upon entry. Members can purchase hot food from the wide variety of stalls around the ground and take it into the Members Lounge.

Please note, the Members Lounge, as with the majority of seating around the ground, is unreserved and we kindly ask Members to not leave items unattended on seats/benches.


Food & Drink

The menu for Incora Executive Members will be communicated via the pre-ordering system.

Catering: The Falcons and Boundary Bar will be open for supporters to purchase a variety of hot and cold food, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

There will be a variety of food and drink outlets open for both fixtures, including Wood-Fired Pizza, Ice Cream Vendors and Project D Doughnuts, with gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options available.

Opening times subject to change based on attendance.

Water Refill Stations: Free-to-use water refill stations are located outside of the Incora Pavilion, the Ryley Wealth Elite Performance Centre and to the side of the Stowford Press Boundary Bar. Supporters can refill their own bottles, or purchase reusable cups from the Club Shop.

Spectators are permitted to bring their own refreshments to this fixture, however no alcohol is permitted.


Family Entertainment

The popular We Got Game activation area returns for 2023, including a digital whiteboard, a polaroid photobooth and have-a-go installations such as target challenges.

Plus, meet the players as the England stars pose for photographs with supporters and take part in signing sessions to round off a great matchday experience at The Incora County Ground.


Reception & Club Shop – Replica Kit Sale

Reception in The Incora Pavilion will be open to supporters wishing to purchase tickets for future fixtures/events, or to enquire about Membership.

Club Shop: The Club Shop on site at The Incora County Ground will be open on the matchday. Please check the opening times on the front of the Club Shop.

Online Shop: The Club’s new Online Shop is now live at derbyshireccc.com. The shop now includes replica Vitality Blast shirts, as well as a range of other Club merchandise and the official Derbyshire County Cricket Club 150th Anniversary book.

Scorecards: A blank scorecard template can be downloaded for free, HERE. A teamsheet can also be collected from Reception in the Incora Pavilion (please allow time after the toss has been made for the teamsheet to be compiled). As part of the Club’s initiative to reduce paper waste, we encourage supporters to use the Club website for the latest score and team information via our Match Centre (details and link below).


Cashless Venue

Derbyshire County Cricket Club operates a cashless policy across all Club-managed points of sale on site – from ticket gates, to catering.

All of our catering and bar tills will accept all major debit/credit cards, as well as contactless payment options, including Apple and Android Pay.


Member Guest Passes

Members are entitled to five complimentary guest passes (six for Executive Members), to be used at any LV= County Championship or One-Day Cup fixture.

New for 2023, Members can also use their guest passes for the Vitality WIT20 fixture between England and Sri Lanka on Wednesday 6 September.

Also new for this summer, you will be able to book your Guest Tickets online at derbyshireccc.com. To book your tickets, you will require a Reference Code when adding tickets to your basket. Each reference code allows up to 5/6 tickets to be claimed across the applicable fixtures.

Each ticket is restricted for use at the appropriate fixtures. The total number of guest passes can be used across multiple matchdays, or all for one fixture.

New Facilities

Multi-Faith Room & Additional Toilet Facilities: The Club is delighted to announce that a new Multi-Faith Room and Additional Toilet Facilities will be open for England Women’s Vitality IT20 fixture against Sri Lanka on Wednesday 6 September.

The new facilities are based on the ground floor of the WDS Media and Business Centre at the Racecourse End of The Incora County Ground.

These new additions come as part of our ongoing commitment to make The Incora County Ground among the most inclusive cricket grounds in the country, with new accessible viewing bays, toilet blocks at both ends of the ground and the appointment of a Disability Liaison Officer adding to the award-winning Matchday Experience at The Incora County Ground.

Weather

The only covered seating zone is the East Midlands Demolition Stand.

Executive Members may use the Incora Executive Lounge, while the Incora Members Lounge will be used as an exclusive Members facility.

Supporters are encouraged to check the latest weather forecast before planning their visit and prepare accordingly. While refreshments will be available from outlets around the ground, the Club advises supporters to bring plenty of bottled water.

Disabled Supporter Information

Derbyshire County Cricket Club are committed to provide the best-possible matchday experience and giving all supporters the opportunity to enjoy cricket.

The Club has introduced the role of Disability Liaison Officer to ensure spectators who may have accessibility needs can access the information relevant to them to make their visit as safe and enjoyable as possible.

Toilet Block: Spectators will be able to use an additional toilet block located behind the main Seat Unique Falcons Stand. The new facility will offer additional male and female toilets, as well as a Changing Places toilet. A key for the Changing Places toilet can be obtained from Main Reception in The Incora Pavilion.
