Derbyshire fast bowler, Zak Chappell, spoke to the Club about his record-breaking first season as a Falcon in 2023.
The right-arm seamer claimed 26 wickets in the 2023 Vitality Blast campaign, a Club record for a single season, and Chappell hopes he can continue his excellent form after also winning the Hundred with Oval Invincibles in August alongside new recruit, Ross Whiteley.
Zak discussed the positive impact Falcons fans have on spurring the team on, the new signings for the 2024 campaign and what they bring alongside their cricketing ability, as well as reflecting on last season and how the Falcons can improve on their learnings.
