Falcons meet inspirational supporter Tom

Derbyshire Falcons players and coaching staff had the pleasure of  meeting inspirational Derbyshire supporter, Tom. 

Tom, 16, has undergone multiple open heart surgeries and requires a heart and lung transplant. He is a huge supporter of Derbyshire, with his favourite player being Wayne Madsen.

Prior to the Vitality Blast fixture against Lancashire Lightning, Tom visited the Falcons players and was presented with a signed shirt by the squad, as well as being able to meet England international, Phil Salt.
