After suffering defeat last time out to Gloucestershire, Middlesex’s promotion push has taken a bit of a dent. They currently sit in third place, 15 points behind Yorkshire.
Captain Toby Roland-Jones will be looking to lead the bowling attack for his side, having claimed 42 wickets at an average of 25.64 this season.
All-rounder Ryan Higgins has excelled with bat and ball again this season. The right-arm seamer has picked up 29 wickets to go alongside 1089 runs with the bat, including five centuries. This total sees him in second place for the most runs in Division Two, behind Glamorgan’s Colin Ingram.
