Jewell begins Big Bash campaign this week

Wednesday 18th December 2024

Caleb Jewell begins his Big Bash campaign this Thursday, as the big-hitting batter looks to give Falcons supporters a taste of what to expect next summer.

Jewell will be in the top order for a Hobart Hurricanes side containing the likes of Ben McDermott, Nathan Ellis and Matthew Wade, as they aim to reach the knockout stages.

He will join Derbyshire for the entire 2025 season, including the Falcons’ full Vitality Blast campaign, where he will be aiming to help Mickey Arthur’s side into the quarter finals.

Hobart begin their Big Bash schedule against Melbourne Renegades on Thursday, starting at 8.15am in the UK, with all action shown live on Sky Sports.
