Derbyshire have named an 13-player squad for the Rothesay County Championship fixture against Leicestershire at The Uptonsteel County Ground, starting tomorrow (11am).
New Zealand fast bowler, Blair Tickner, has linked-up with the Derbyshire after claiming 50 wickets across all formats for Central Stags this winter, winning the Super Smash trophy in the process.
Tickner comes into a Derbyshire squad full of confidence, after a dominant nine-wicket win over Gloucestershire at The County Ground last week, with the likes of Caleb Jewell, Luis Reece and Wayne Madsen all starting the season in great form.
Harry Moore has been ruled out for a minimum of eight weeks with a back issue, while Nye Donald continues to be assessed after sustaining a shoulder injury while fielding.

Like Derbyshire, Leicestershire also began their season with an impressive victory, as they overcame Glamorgan by ten wickets.
Captain Peter Handscomb is a key member of the Leicestershire batting lineup, but he will have strong support from the likes of Lewis Hill, Rishi Patel and Ben Cox, while Sol Budinger is capable of scoring quickly.
With the ball, the evergreen Chris Wright leads an attack containing Ian Holland and Somerset loanee Ben Green.
