Pre-Match Pack: Notts Outlaws (H)

Derbyshire Falcons have named a 13-player squad for the Metro Bank One-Day Cup fixture against Notts Outlaws at The Central Co-op County Ground, starting tomorrow at 11am.

Captain Brooke Guest will be looking to continue his strong start to the competition with the bat, while Rory Haydon and Amrit Basra impressed on their Falcons debuts against Gloucestershire.

Zak Chappell and Jack Morley return to the squad, although Matt Montgomery is unable to play against his parent club. Anuj Dal will continue his recovery with the Club’s Medical Team, while David Lloyd, Harry Moore, Luis Reece, Alex Thomson and Mitch Wagstaff all remain sidelined through injury.

The Opposition

Notts Outlaws are unbeaten after two rounds of the Metro Bank One-Day Cup, with an impressive win over Essex followed up with a dramatic tie against Worcestershire Rapids.

Australia all-rounder, Daniel Sams will play the final of his three-game 50-over stint with Notts, having also represented them in the Vitality Blast earlier this summer.
