Sarah Glenn and Bess Heath named in England squads

Derbyshire-born duo, Sarah Glenn and Bess Heath, have been named in England’s squads that will tour India in December.

Leg-spinner Glenn, has been named in the T20 squad that will play three fixtures starting on 6 December, whilst keeper-batter Heath is named in both the Test and T20 squads.

This one-off, four day Test, will be played from 14-17 December.

Glenn has played 52 WT20I matches so far for England, whereas Heath has only one international appearance to her name, a WODI fixture versus Sri Lanka in September this year.

It is the first time England have toured India since 2019, and it will be a good test for the side who drew in this summer’s Ashes series with Australia.

Before heading to India, all the players will travel to Oman for a training camp before their international fixtures.
