There’s just 100 days to go until England Women return to The Incora County Ground to face Pakistan Women in a Metro Bank One-Day International on Thursday 23 May.
Heather Knight’s side will face Pakistan in their first home 50-over game of the summer, with Derbyshire Women & Girls’ Pathway graduates, Bess Heath and Sarah Glenn, looking to make an impact on home soil.
The Incora County Ground has established itself as one of women’s cricket’s premiere English venues, with a catalogue of memorable moments happening at the home of Derbyshire County Cricket Club.
The most recent One-Day International hosted at the ground saw Knight score a match-winning century to overcome New Zealand in 2021, while subsequent T20s against India, South Africa and Sri Lanka have all been played in front of big crowds at Derby, and significant viewing figures worldwide.
Last year’s IT20 between England Women and Sri Lanka attracted a record capacity crowd, and demand is already high for the Pakistan fixture, so buy during the Early Bird Window to ensure the best price.
The game is scheduled to start at 1pm, meaning there will be plenty of cricket still to be played after school finishes, and with junior tickets starting from just £5, this is a great opportunity to introduce young fans to international cricket. Reserved Family Zone seating is available to book, so you can secure seats for you and your loved ones.
