Under-16s can watch Derbyshire Falcons take on Lancashire Lightning at The 3aaa County Ground on Wednesday 27 July (2pm start) for FREE.
The fixture, which will be aired live on Sky Sports, is the county’s penultimate Royal London One-Day Cup group fixture this summer as the Falcons continue their quest for a quarter-final spot.
To celebrate the start of the summer schools holiday, Kids can gain entry to the match for FREE. Please note all under-12s must be accompanied by an adult as part of our Ground Regulations.
The fixture offers the perfect opportunity for local children to experience one-day cricket first hand, in addition to getting their faces on national television whilst cheering on the Falcons.
The Falcons currently sit third in the North Group after going unbeaten in their first four fixtures as they look to assure progression into the quarter-final stages for the second time in three years.
Lancashire, meanwhile, boast a star-studded line-up including England’s superstar wicket-keeper batsman Jos Buttler in addition to Alviro Petersen who whacked a half-century in the NatWest T20 Blast fixture between the two sides at Derby earlier this month.
Adult tickets for the match are available for £14, if bought in advance of the day of the game. Student tickets are £5.
