Derbyshire’s first pre-season fixture is scheduled to take place at The County Ground, against the South Asian Cricket Academy (SACA), starting on Tuesday 26 March (11am).
If you are joining us for this fixture, please read the information below which will ensure that your visit is safe, enjoyable and comfortable.

Entry for Derbyshire’s pre-season fixtures will be free for all spectators, including complimentary on-site parking via the main Pavilion car park.
Please note that Membership cards will not be required.
Tickets for all other matches: Tickets for all formats of cricket at Derbyshire this season, as well as England versus Pakistan in May, are on sale now.

Please see the Club’s latest ground map below. Certain areas of seating may be out of bounds for this fixture due to ongoing ground improvement works. Please respect all signage and direction from stewards.
Spectator Seating: The above ground map shows spectator seating areas, highlighted in light blue. Certain areas of seating may be closed due to ongoing ground improvement works. All available seating will be unreserved.
Disabled Access: Priority seating for supporters with accessibility needs will be available on the front row of the main Falcons Stand and to the back of the Grandstand in designated Accessible Viewing Bays. The use of these bays for this fixture will be on a first-come, first-served and unreserved basis. If any supporter requires assistance with any seating arrangements, please contact your nearest steward. Accessible toilets are located behind the Seat Unique Falcons Stand, in the Pavilion and the Elite Performance Centre (see Ground Map above).
Own Chairs: Supporters can bring their own chairs to sit on the grassed or concrete areas, however walkways must be kept clear at all times and stewards may direct supporters to move should they be blocking access.
Dogs: Supporters can bring dogs into this fixture. Subject to change.
Both the Members’ Lounge and the Executive Members’ Lounge will be closed throughout this pre-season fixture. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
None of the Club’s usual catering facilities will be operational during this fixture.
A tea/coffee station will be setup on the ground floor of the Pavilion, with an honesty box and suggested donation in place for supporters.
Spectators are permitted to bring their own refreshments to this fixture, including soft drinks and picnics, however alcohol is limited to four standard-sized cans or equivalent.
Water Refill Stations: Free-to-use water refill stations are located outside of the Pavilion, the Ryley Wealth Elite Performance Centre and to the side of the Stowford Press Boundary Bar. Supporters can refill their own bottles, or purchase reusable cups from the Club Shop.
Spectators are permitted to bring their own refreshments to this fixture, however alcohol is limited to four standard size cans.
Reception in The Pavilion will be open to supporters wishing to purchase tickets for future fixtures/events, or to enquire about Membership.
Club Shop: The Club Shop on site at The County Ground will closed throughout this fixture.
Online Shop & Kit Sale: The Club’s Online Shop is live at derbyshireccc.com. The online shop now includes replica Vitality Blast shirts, as well as a sale for all 2023 replica kit.
Scorecards: A blank scorecard template can be downloaded for free, HERE. A teamsheet can also be collected from Reception in the Pavilion (please allow time after the toss has been made for the teamsheet to be compiled). As part of the Club’s initiative to reduce paper waste, we encourage supporters to use the Club website for the latest score and team information via our Match Centre (details and link below).
Derbyshire County Cricket Club operates a cashless policy across all Club-managed points of sale on site – from ticket gates, to catering.
All of our catering and bar tills will accept all major debit/credit cards, as well as contactless payment options, including Apple and Android Pay.
The Club’s Multi-Faith Room, located beneath the WDS Business & Media Centre, will be open for use by spectators. For assistance, please speak to your nearest steward.

The Club has introduced the role of Accessibility Liaison Officer to ensure spectators who may have accessibility needs can access the information relevant to them to make their visit as safe and enjoyable as possible.
Toilet Block: New for this summer’s Vitality Blast, spectators will be able to use an additional toilet block located behind the main Seat Unique Falcons Stand. The new facility will offer additional male and female toilets, as well as a Changing Places toilet. A key for the changing places toilet can be obtained from Main Reception in The Pavilion.
