Derbyshire youngster Harry Moore Youth has been called up to the England Under 19s squad for the upcoming ODI tri-series against Scotland Men Under 19s and Ireland Men Under 19s at Loughborough.
The 17-year-old featured in all but one of Derbyshire’s Metro Bank One-Day Cup fixtures throughout July and August, claiming ten wickets at an average of 28.50, with best figures of 3-45 against Durham.
A product of the Cricket Derbyshire Academy, who signed his first professional deal with Club in June, Moore became Derbyshire’s youngest-ever debutant when he played against Worcestershire in 2023 and has so far made ten List A appearances.
Moore made his England Under 19s debut earlier this year, when he featured in both red and white ball games against Sri Lanka, and will be hoping to add to his caps against Scotland and Ireland later this month.
